David Franco is a dedicated attorney who fights for the rights of victims harmed by others. At the heart of his practice is his commitment and experience in holding pharmaceutical, chemical and other large corporations accountable when they put profits ahead of consumer safety.  He represents people injured by the wrongful acts of others, whether that be pharmaceutical companies in their development and marketing of dangerous drugs and medical devices or a distracted driver causing a devastating accident due to his or her negligence.

David began his legal career at a plaintiff’s law firm in New Orleans where he gained valuable experience working on complex class actions and multi-district litigation cases including Vioxx, Avandia, BP Oil Spill, NFL Concussion and General Motors Ignition Switch Recall litigations.  David assisted in all stages of litigation, including discovery matters, motion practice and trial preparation and strategy.

In 2016, he formed FrancoLaw and continues to specialize in catastrophic personal injury, product liability cases, toxic exposure and mass tort litigation.

On a personal note, David was born in Singapore and lived in the Middle East and England before moving to South Louisiana.  He is proud of his multicultural heritage and diverse upbringing and attributes his passion for life and helping others to his late father, mother and grandmother who instilled the values that drive him both personally and professionally.  When he isn’t working, David enjoys spending quality time with his wife, two young daughters and his dog, Nola.  He enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, cooking, and traveling and is also an avid LSU Tiger and New Orleans Saints fan.
